ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Manager to join our Brisbane team at ADCO. In this vital role, you will work closely with the State Pre-Construction Manager and Business Development Manager, to assist in preparing EOI’s and project tender bids, supporting our work-winning objectives and adhering to The ADCO Way.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In accordance with ADCO’s Position Description which includes, but not limited to:
- Organised Tender Management: Ensure the accurate compilation, management, and distribution of tender documents to the Pre-Construction Team
- Coordination of Submissions: Coordinate the input from relevant stakeholders and take charge of the final production of submission documents for targeted projects, including expressions of interest
- Compliance with The ADCO Way: Ensure that all tender submissions align with ADCO’s branding, company information, and quality standards as outlined in The ADCO Way
- Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate effectively with the extended pre-construction team to achieve work-winning goals, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of all tasks
- Document Control: Oversee the compilation and review of tender documents, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and presented professionally
ABOUT YOU
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar bid management or tendering role
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Cloud, with the ability to produce high-quality submission documents
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to consistently produce accurate and error-free documents, understanding the importance of maintaining high standards across all submissions
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities
- Coordination & Collaboration: Proven ability to effectively coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the successful achievement of tender deadlines and deliverables
- Ownership: A proactive approach to managing and taking ownership of the tendering process from start to finish
