ADCO is looking to hire a National Training Coordinator based in any of our state offices. The successful candidate will report to the CEO to coordinate ADCO’s national training agenda. Tasks will include:

  • Administering the delivery of the National Training Plan (NTP), including allocating training, ensuring attendance, and maintaining records.
  • Ownership of the content of the National Training Plan (NTP), undertaking an annual content review with National Leadership team and identifying training providers.
  • Ensuring the NTP is administered in line with the national training budget, and applying available grants and levies.
  • Overseeing the delivery of ADCO’s various development programs, including collaborating with the national program sponsors to ensure all programs are delivered in line with the business strategy, and organising national event days.
  • Providing support to State Managers in achieving recruitment program for apprentices, cadets and graduates, including assisting in careers fairs etc


  • You have exceptional organisation and communication skills, and you must be a strong self-starter who is able to problem-solve and work autonomously. Experience in the construction industry, and in learning and development, are preferable but not essential.
  • You have an appreciation of national and legislative HSE policies and requirements
  • You are able to request, collect, assess and act on feedback relating to training and development, and be able to collate into reports.
  • You are able to accurately track and assign costs
  • You have working ability of Microsoft Office products
