Brisbane Airport Corporation Multi-Level Car Park

We are thrilled to be Builder of Choice on this $90m project involving the construction of a 6 level (including ground) structure that will seamlessly tie into the existing P2 car park.

The extension will deliver a minimum of 1,700 additional long-term car parks for the airport significantly increasing their car spaces and addressing the challenges of parking in peak times such as holiday seasons.

A key component of ADCO being the Builder of Choice was our staged delivery presented during the tender process. This will allow BAC to take the operation of car spaces progressively and generate revenue at an earlier stage.

The project will also feature sustainable building and procurement practices with the vast roof featuring solar panels allowing significant renewable power generation capacity.
With construction starting soon, the project aims for completion by mid-2025.
