BUPA Queens Park

ADCO was appointed by BUPA to deliver the design and construction of their new 71 bed Residential Aged Care Facility at Queens Park in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Works on the $20 million project were completed within 14 months.

The project includes basement car parking and three levels of care facility. Each of the residential floors include resident rooms with a high level of finishes, serveries, dining rooms, and communal terraces.  Other amenities within the facility comprise function rooms, hairdressers, staff amenities and a commercial kitchen.

The basement car park required large excavation works cutting through eight metres of sandstone to achieve the required car parking for the facility.
