Carnegie Memorial Swimming Pool

ADCO is collaborating with the City of Glen Eira for this state-of-the-art new aquatic and leisure facility in Carnegie. The hero façade will incorporate red brick, timber and concrete, which is a contemporary tribute to the original mid-century design.
The redevelopment of the current site, includes demolition and removal of the existing pools and surrounds, earthworks, the construction of a new building with associated services, external and internal pools, authority connections, landscaping works, external works and testing and commissioning of the completed project.
The Council intends to apply for a Green Star rating in response to the recent declaration of climate emergency and net zero emissions by 2025.
