Clyde North Police Station

ADCO is proud to be the Builder of Choice for the new Clyde North Police Station. The $30 million Construct only contract will deliver a state-of-the-art facility for Victoria Police.

ADCO’s successful track record in previously delivering multiple police stations projects nationally, combined with a highly engaged and professional team possessing detailed knowledge and extensive experience in high-security projects, positions ADCO ideally to deliver another exceptional facility for Victoria Police.

Our people are also highly experienced in delivering projects surrounded by existing facilities, mitigating impacts and ensuring positive relationships throughout the build. In this case the project will be closely neighboured by residential zones to the South and East, Industrial/Retail zones to the North and West and an Early Parenting Centre and Daycare Facility directly adjacent.

With an estimated completion date in the last quarter of 2025, we look forward to working collaboratively with Victoria Police, Consultants and Trade Partners on this important and exciting project.
