Hames Sharley Head Office Fit-out

ADCO was pleased to complete a major office space refurbishment for our architect partner Hames Sharley, making use of vacant retail space in Hay Street Mall, central Perth.

The two-storey refurbishment repurposed disused department store space that has been vacant for 35 years, located above the existing Target store.

The project now provides upgrades to the ground floor lobby and entrance, alterations to the building’s basement and structure to create bike parking facilities, the installation of two lifts, internal building connection upgrades, the extension of Level 3 to create a flexible meeting space, and the creation of a roof terrace, which is now home to the firm’s beekeeping activities.

ADCO won the Master Builders Australia WA award in the 2022 category “Best Refurbishment or Renovation ($5m – $10m)” for this project.
