We are proud to have been the Builder of Choice for the Presbyterian Ladies’ College (PLC), Joan Montgomery Centre at the Burwood Campus, delivering world-class sports, aquatic and fitness facilities that align with PLC’s strategic vision for the future and the most significant project ever undertaken by the College which will help enhance the breadth of their educational and experiential sports and learning programs within world-class, sustainably-designed facilities.

The facility includes a state-of-the-art Sports Hall with 3 full-sized sports courts catering to netball, basketball, badminton, and volleyball; a 50m, 8-lane competition Pool Hall built to FINA standards, with flexible seating for up to 470 students, a learn-to-swim pool, and diving facilities; a fully equipped Gymnasium with separate spaces for spin, free weights, and cardio, plus a dedicated Gymnastics Hall; flexible Multi-Function Spaces that can be adapted for aerobics, teaching, and more; comprehensive amenities, including change facilities, storage for training equipment, and dedicated spaces for staff and administration; and undercover car parking and additional spaces for drop-off/pick-up.

We were delighted to bring this vision to life with over 600 tonnes of complex structural steel, all independently certified as CC2 compliant, ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
