PLC Sports, Aquatic and Fitness Centre

After completing the ECI phase, ADCO secured the Presbyterian Ladies’ College – Sports, Aquatic and Fitness Centre. Located in Burwood, the centre will provide a new state-of-the-art sporting facility, housing a new elite aquatic and fitness centre with high-quality sporting amenities.
This magnificent facility will be the most significant project ever undertaken by the College and will help enhance the breadth of their educational and experiential sports and learning programs within world-class, sustainably-designed facilities.
The sports centre will be the size of three basketball courts, which can also be configured for badminton, netball and volleyball. The project also includes a 50 metre, eight lane swimming pool, a learn to swim pool, diving towers and seating for 400 visitors.
There is a gymnasium and spin room, multipurpose spaces for aerobics, dance, relaxation, table-tennis and class teaching, staff areas, collaborative meeting spaces for students and staff and an underground carpark.
