SCAPE Student Accomodation

ADCO completed Scape’s first student accommodation development in New South Wales.

The project involved the redevelopment of two existing terrace-style buildings to accommodate 56 new student rooms. Work also included a new central courtyard and surrounding landscaping.

To ensure the facility was completed in advance of the critical semester one deadline, ADCO’s design and construct team incorporated several innovations to expedite the delivery programme while maintaining the desired levels of quality.

The project was not only the first for Scape in NSW but the first of their roll-out to open in Australia. As such, it was delivered to an exacting level of detail in keeping with Scape’s desire to see this development set the benchmark for their organisation throughout Australia.
