South Rock State School

ADCO was the Builder of Choice for the South Rock State School (Yarrabilba Stage 2) development, located south of Brisbane for the Queensland Department of Education. The $60 million design and construct project is a new State Primary School of the highest standards.

Comprising of 28 general learning areas and two flexible learning areas across the Years 1-3 and Years 4-6 precincts, a central campus resource centre, multipurpose hall, sports and playground facilities, canteen and covered areas, and administrative facilities including staff amenities.

ADCO’s design and delivery have managed the integration of several significant efficiencies and value add initiatives into the school’s master planning phase. These innovations provided the Department of Education with certainty of delivery, especially around program for this key piece of State infrastructure.
