Contract to Build St Albans Leisure Centre Awarded to ADCO

ADCO is pleased to be Builder of Choice for Ashmore TAFE’s new $10.5 million trade training block in Brisbane, on behalf of the Queensland Department of Employment, Small Business and Training. Recently, we were pleased to welcome Queensland Minister for Employment, Small Business and Training the Honourable Shannon Fentiman MP to site. ADCO Selected to Complete $8M Geraldton Health Campus Forward Works
ADCO is pleased to have been selected to undertake the Forward Works Package for the Geraldton Health Campus, WA. On the 4th June 2020, Premier Mark McGowan and Health Minister Roger Cook both turned the first sod to mark the beginning of this stage of construction on the health facility’s overall $73 million upgrade. Our involvement in Forward Works will see the carpark expanded and additional access road, ambulance entry and main entry demolition and reconfiguration.

ADCO was named head contractor for Bundanon Trust’s Riversdale Masterplan – a striking, $22 million site redevelopment on the estate of one of Australia’s most celebrated artists, Arthur Boyd. Engineering Milestone Reached at Pimpama Sports Hub
This week, ADCO reached an engineering milestone at Pimpama Sports Hub, with the first spliced truss spanning 37 metres erected. Since beginning on site last year, we have erected the roof cover over the netball centre, and made huge strides on courts, carparking, intersection and roadworks. The aquatic centre is also coming together well, with the main pool hall substructure complete — this allows for the erection of the roof structure. ADCO’s $45 million retail development at Market Square Shopping Centre, Sunnybank, is coming to life in Brisbane.
