Concord Oval redevelopment topped out

ADCO is delighted to have recently hit a major milestone in our redevelopment of Concord Oval for City of Canada Bay in Sydney’s inner west, topping out the structure with the highest concrete pour of the precinct now complete. This $75 million project is funded by the NSW Government, the Australian Government and the City of Canada Bay, in association with the Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Pty Ltd. ADCO begins Stage 2 of secondary college south of Perth

After successfully delivering Stage 1 in 2019, ADCO is proud to have been awarded Ridge View Secondary College’s Stage 2 works, in Baldivis, 45 km south of Perth. Already very popular for families in Baldivis, the new facilities will enhance learning opportunities for students, offering a performing arts centre, music rooms, a dance studio, a visual arts area and state-of-the-art media classrooms. Work completed on Caritas Christi aged care service in Melbourne’s east

We are excited to have reached Practical Completion at Caritas Christi, our aged care project for St Vincent's Health Australia in Melbourne. ADCO was awarded the design and construct contract in 2019 to redevelop the existing Caritas Christi Hospice in Kew, creating the Caritas Christi Hospice and St Vincent’s Care Services. Redevelopment included demolition of the existing hospital and subsequent construction of a new 26-bed palliative care hospice and 122-room/135-bed residential aged care facility, with several shared use and back-of-house areas such as car parking, kitchen and loading facilities. ADCO proudly took home three awards at the 2021 Master Builders Association of Western Australia Awards over the weekend! Smoking ceremony marks start of northern QLD shopping centre job

ADCO is pleased to be builder of choice for the $20 million Gordonvale Shopping Centre project, located in the Cairns region. On Wednesday, a Smoking Ceremony marked the beginning of construction on the project. Attendees took part in a traditional cleansing ceremony performed by Traditional Owners on Yidinji Country. Barachias Royee, son of Yidinji Aboriginal elder Uncle Frank, led the ceremony and delivered a 'Welcome to Country', and Gary ’Creeky’ Creek played the didgeridoo. ADCO completes IKON Park Stage 1 works

ADCO is excited to have completed Stage 1 of the landmark $40 million redevelopment of IKON Park, which involves a major upgrade of Carlton Football Club’s existing home ground, as well as increasing facilities for AFL Women’s. Stage 1 of the 18-month construction project in Melbourne’s inner suburbs involved demolition, construction and fit out of a mezzanine floor with new administration areas, gymnasium and new AFL/AFLW Player amenities for the 2021 season. ADCO is thrilled to be Builder of Choice for the design and construction of Queanbeyan Civic and Cultural Precinct, for client Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council in southern NSW.
