ADCO delivers health infrastructure for the Tweed

ADCO is thrilled to announce completion of the multideck car park, Health Hub and Learning, Development and Research Centre for the new $723.3 million Tweed Valley Hospital development, which is one of the largest health infrastructure projects in Northern NSW. The carpark offers more than 1000 car parking spaces over 8 levels, with future expansion capability. The Health Hub will provide a range of clinical outpatient services collocated at the hospital campus, including Oral Health, Aboriginal Health and the HARP/HARM service. Melbourne Place Tops Out

Our Melbourne Place Hotel project on Russell Street in the Melbourne CBD celebrated a major milestone with the topping out of the concrete structure. The traditional presentation of a tree was undertaken by our Senior Project Manager Darren McErlain, along with a feast for all our people, trade partners and client on site. A Eucalyptus tree was presented to recognise & acknowledge the cultural significance of the site. Belgrave Station carpark delivers for commuters

Innovative design to successfully undertake construction within a live environment is something ADCO as the people who build specialise in. We recently completed the Belgrave multi-level carpark in Victoria which is located adjacent to a live rail corridor and required careful planning and strategic management to ensure safety and uninterrupted rail services. ADCO Completes Key Perth Transport Infrastructure

Successful delivery of the Public Transport Operation Control Centre for the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia was celebrated late last year. Taking 2-years and 180,000+ work hours to complete, the project was awarded Master Builders Western Australia – Excellence in Workplace Health and Safety, reaffirming ADCO’s Safer by Choice motto. ADCO completes Stonnington Sports Complex

The City of Stonnington’s largest ever investment in community sport is complete, with the Stonnington Sports Centre now open to the public. ADCO was thrilled to be the Builder of Choice for this project consisting of the demolition of existing facilities and construction of car parking, a four-court multipurpose stadium with change rooms and offices, tennis courts, community facilities, cafe and bowling green.
