ADCO building education in NSW
We have just been announced by School Infrastructure NSW as the Builder of Choice for the Castle Hill Public School upgrade project. The project will deliver new classrooms and upgraded core facilities to support the growing population of North West Sydney. New permanent classrooms will replace demountable buildings and the upgrade will provide a new hall and student amenities, as well as support classrooms, administration, and staff areas. We look forward to the completed project providing future benefit to the growing Hills District community.
ADCO delivers another National Storage Facility
Practical completion has been reached on our National Storage project at Springfield, a suburb in Ipswich, QLD. With over 82,000 total hours worked, the $15 million facility looks great and is a credit to our people, client, and trade partners. The project build has also included facilities for new tenants Sparkletown Car Wash and Dog Wash. This is the third facility for which National Storage has chosen ADCO as the preferred builder, further strengthening our valued client relationship.

Riverwood Commuter Open to the public
Completion of the Riverwood commuter carpark (19km south of the Sydney CBD) was marked with the official opening undertaken by Transport for NSW which included a smoking ceremony by Traditional Custodians of the land. The build completed in just under 12 months required our people to overcome several major challenges including relocation of a sewer main from the middle of the site, and the site being bordered by residential properties and rail corridor. ADCO to build final stage of Stockland’s M_Park Stage 1
ADCO is thrilled to be announced as the builder of choice on the final stage of M_Park Stage 1 for Stockland at Macquarie Park 13km north-west of Sydney’s CBD. The project includes the base build for two workplace buildings, retail amenity and 2,500 square metre open park. The workplace buildings at 15 Khartoum Road and 17 Khartoum Road will be seven and six storeys respectively with three basement levels. ADCO completes major rail infrastructure project
The new METRONET Lakelands Station located 58km south of Perth is now complete. This exciting project for the Public Transport Authority of WA was only the second ever PTA project where a new station was constructed over and adjacent to Perth’s busiest Metropolitan train lines (Mandurah Train Line). Key features included 2 x 150m platforms with partial cover, a concourse overpass bridge, main entry building, station operational staff premises, public amenities, 400 bay carpark and bus interchange. Bond University’s Institute of Health and Sport Taking Shape
The façade is looking great on the Bond University’s Institute of Health and Sport expansion project. Bond University’s 8th Chancellor, The Honourable Dr Annabelle Bennett and Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Tim Brailsford visited the project for a site tour with our Project Manager, Tom Warren. They both praised our team on the aesthetics of the building and collaborative partnership we have built with Bond University and the Architect, Kent Excell.
Topping out milestone acheived
Construction of the National Storage facility at Maidstone, located 8km northwest of Melbourne, has recently achieved a significant project milestone by topping out the concrete structure. To celebrate this milestone, the National Storage team hosted a BBQ as a token of appreciation for the hard work and commitment shown by ADCO and our trade partners. ADCO has a strong working relationship with National Storage and looks forward to delivering another successful project, with an estimated completion date in the second half of this year.
New multi-sport facility and home to South Sydney Rabbitohs
A world-class sporting facility that enables grassroots and elite sports to co-exist. That’s what the recently completed Heffron Centre for Randwick City Council delivers for the south-eastern suburbs of Sydney. In just 19 months the ADCO team has successfully delivered this world-class facility which is the new home to the South Sydney Rabbitohs Rugby League club including facilities to run their Souths Cares community program, a new indoor multi-sport centre, and a new dedicated gymnastics centre. ADCO donates gift hampers to new mums
When working within the construction industry we are presented with unique challenges that require innovative ideas and a collaborative approach. At the St George Hospital, we recently undertook priority works consisting of the Clinical Skills Centre demolition and fit to make way for the St George Hospital Stage 3 redevelopment. This was directly adjacent to a Special Care Nursery which is a 12-bed high dependency unit providing specialised care. Our team implemented many control measures to eliminate and minimise impacts, working closely with nursery staff who were more than accommodating throughout the works and assisted the team immensely during planning...
