ADCO Claims Prestigious Award in Queensland

On Wednesday, ADCO took home a prestigious Queensland State MBA award for our project, Birtinya Shopping Centre, which claimed first place in the category ‘Commercial Buildings ($5-50 million)’.

The $45m large retail build for Stockland is a key feature of the new $830 million Birtinya Town Centre masterplan development. The Centre offers a Coles, an Aldi, speciality tenancies and a food precinct. Construction also included loading docks, external services, on-grade car parking and landscaping.
