ADCO completes another National Storage Facility

ADCO has continued its strong relationship with valued client National Storage recently completing the $19 million facility in Maidstone, Victoria.

The facility consists of self-storage over three levels and a Box Shop and amenities on the ground floor.

This is a great asset to National Storage customers with a key feature of the facility being the Nokē Smart Entry system installed for access and locking of the units. This is a cloud-based digital key system that allows tenants entry into the facility and its units using a smart phone – no more forgetting or losing keys.

We are also constructing another facility for National Storage at Clayton which is expected to be completed in 2025.
