ADCO Completes Retail Development Outside Newcastle

ADCO has completed a large retail development in Bennetts Green, in NSW’s Lake Macquarie region.

Occupying a long strip of land along the Pacific Highway in Bennetts Green, the $65 million build for Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) includes three buildings and carpark set across approximately 80,000m2.

Tenancies include bulky goods, sporting goods and crafts store, a family fast food restaurant and BP petrol station, operated by Bunnings, Spotlight and Anaconda Group Pty Ltd.

This singular experience of developing the largest retail development in Lake Macquarie’s recent history, while simultaneously supporting local infrastructure, is a testament to ADCO’s ability to ethically carry out extensive works with intricate design elements in typically tricky rural settings.
