ADCO gets to work on Clydestone Square commercial development
ADCO is pleased to be delivering the Clydestone Square mixed-use commercial development in south-east Melbourne, for H.CO Property Developers.
We were delighted to officially begin work on site after a sod turn with our client H.CO, architect Rothelowman, structural engineers Adams Consulting Engineers Pty Ltd, services engineers JBA, and project managers Gallagher Jeffs, alongside ADCO’s Victoria State Manager Lakshu Adaikalavan.
The project features three separate, uniquely designed buildings – two of them double-storey and one four-storey building with basement carpark. This mini-civic precinct will have a health and wellbeing focus, including medical centre, pharmacy, gym, health related services, retail space and café/restaurant.
The three buildings are positioned around a central outdoor carpark, which includes seven electric vehicle charging points and 48 bicycle racks. A landscaped Town Square located on the Matterhorn Drive side of the development has been designed as the main pedestrian entry into the precinct and provides a space that connects Building B and C with outdoor dining areas.
We look forward to completing this project for our client and the Clyde North local community.
