ADCO Hits New Heights with Arklife Cordelia: Topping Out Milestone.

We are thrilled to announce the topping out of the Arklife Cordelia Project after 38 months of dedicated construction. This significant milestone was celebrated with the uplifting of a Casimiroa Tree, supplied by Tropical Fruit World, to the highest point of the building.

Arklife Cordelia, a stunning 30-storey build-to-rent development, is set to redefine sophisticated living in South Brisbane. With its innovative design, this project offers 265 high-end residential apartments and a range of premium amenities including an indoor gym, rooftop pool, outdoor barbecue and dining area, private dining, a wine room, and versatile work-from-home spaces.

Construction is on track for completion in the first half of 2025, with the Casimiroa Tree destined for the sky garden, further enhancing the green, sustainable focus of the project.

Some interesting facts of the build so far include:

·         More than 840,000 hours worked

·         Almost 2,000 people inducted to site

·         Approximately 18,000m3 of concrete poured and which is about 2,500 truck deliveries

·         Over 1,000 precast concrete panels installed

·         More than 2,000 tonnes of reinforcing
