ADCO sets standard in excellence and collaboration with completion of Parramatta Police Station

We are thrilled to announce Practical Completion of the Parramatta Police Station project for our valued client, the Police Property Group. This project, with an overall value of $36 million, was completed ahead of schedule, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

With a timeframe of just 21 months to complete, our client was very impressed with our collaborative and proactive approach throughout the whole construction process.

Delivering the project ahead of schedule despite unforeseen challenges is a testament to the collaborative effort from our people, trade partners and consultant’s efforts.

Our people successfully managed the demolition, temporary works and management of construction staging and logistics in the CBD environment to ensure minimal impacts on the surrounding users and community. Despite the complexities of a boundary-to-boundary build, our team rose to the occasion and delivered exceptional results.

We are also proud to report that 3% of the contract value, totalling $1 million, was allocated to Indigenous spend, furthering our commitment to social responsibility and economic inclusion.

NSW Police Force are now looking forward to state-of-the-art facilities for its staff enabling them to undertake their role withing the Parramatta Local Government Authority.
