ADCO to Build $87 Million Aquatic and Leisure Centre: A New Era of Wellness and Community

We are excited to announce that ADCO has been appointed to construct the new Aquatic and Leisure Centre for the City of Kingston. Valued at $87 million, this is the largest project ever undertaken by the City of Kingston and will be a great asset to the local community improving overall health and well-being.

Key features of the new centre include:

1.Four Pools: A 50m multi-purpose lap swimming pool, learn-to-swim pool, warm water exercise pool, and leisure pool.
2. Wellness Facilities: Spa, sauna, and steam room for relaxation and recovery.
3.Gym and Fitness Areas: State-of-the-art facilities to support an active lifestyle.
4.Café: A vibrant space for socializing and refreshments.
5.Ancillary Services: Modern foyer, change village, and ample car parking.

Located at the Governor Road site in Mordialloc, construction is set to commence towards the end of the year, with completion anticipated by mid-2026.
