ADCO to construct multi-storey Warehouse in Sydney’s western Suburb

ADCO is thrilled to be announced as the Builder of Choice for the Lidcombe Multi-Storey Warehouse for Hale & Lasalle 15km west of Sydney’s CBD.

The project involves design and construction of a 2-level warehouse facility spanning 60,000m2 (inclusive suspended hardstand deck) with 10 individual tenancies.

Each tenancy is set to be a secure, standalone with all building services contained therein able to be separately operated, metered, isolated and maintained without impacting other tenancies within the facility.

Located within Sydney’s inner west, the facility to be based on a 40,000m2 site has close access to key transport infrastructure and will offer a premium facility for the storage, handling, picking, packaging and distribution of goods.
