Construction Begins on Brisbane Mixed-Use Health Development

ADCO is proud to be Builder of Choice on a new mixed-use development for our client Wren Street Health Investments.

The eye-catching, new medical centre will be located just 200 metres from Royal Brisbane & Women’s Hospital in the inner-Brisbane suburb of Bowen Hills.

ADCO has commenced on site, and when complete in October 2021, the $25 million medical centre will incorporate four levels of medical suites, one level offering a day surgery and seven levels of parking.

We are pleased to be working with project managers Akalan and architects ThomsonAdsett on this much-needed project.
