Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre Wins Prestigious MBA Safety Award

Congratulations to our Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre team for winning the 2020 Master Builders Association of Victoria ‘Excellence in Health and Safety’ award today.

According to MBAV, ‘ADCO demonstrated a proactive approach to eliminating fall hazards by sequencing works and upgrading materials during the design stage to allow for more traffic-able areas and sourcing new, quiet construction techniques to reduce exposure to noise and hazardous manual handling.’

Our $45 million aquatic and leisure project in Traralgon included works included the demolition of the former centre and the new centre will feature a range of facilities for competitive swimming, leisure, general community use and major regional events, including an eight lane, 50 metre indoor swimming pool with 500 spectator seats.

A big well done to our hard-working project team and project partners!
