Landmark $25m Mercedes-Benz auto workshop now complete

We’ve completed our project for Capital City Holdings, the Perfect Auto Body facility on Botany Road, Alexandria, inner Sydney.

With handover complete, the $25 million development provides our client with a four-storey, state-of-the-art workshop facility across nearly 10,000sqm with offices and amenities.

Ground Floor and Level 1 are the workshop floors including spray booths, while the basement car park offers over 70 car spaces and a dual car wash bay. The building is serviced via three main driveway entrances and a central, dual car lift, providing vertical access between the basement and the workshop levels.

A complex project, the facility was built within a series of shoring systems retaining neighbouring properties and a busy, inner city arterial road.
