Prince Street commercial development for NSW DPI celebrates topping out
Last week, ADCO celebrated topping out of NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment’s new hub in Orange.
In attendance was Minister for Water, Property and Housing Melinda Pavey, Mayor of Orange Cr Reg Kidd, Deputy Mayor Cr Sam Romano, MP Sam Farraway, our client Verde, ADCO staff and other project personnel.
Works are ahead of schedule and completion is anticipated in mid-2020. Well done to all involved!
The new hub offers 8,500m2 commercial space and a multi-storey car park. A sustainable build, the development will hold a 5-star Green Star rating, a 4-star NABERS Water and 5-star NABERS Energy rating. Solar panels will be used extensively, and electric car recharge stations will be available at completion.
ADCO has a long history of working in regional NSW and developing project strategies tailored to the area, as well as hiring local professionals as project team members and to engage the very best subcontractors from the Orange area and surrounds.
