Refurbishment of Perth Commercial Block Begins

ADCO has commenced the refurbishment of 2 Mill Street, Perth for our client EG Group.

Located close to our $32 million Parmelia Hilton Perth refurbishment project in the CBD, 2 Mill Street is receiving a replacement and renewal of its external canopy, tiling, wall cladding, balustrading, light fittings, loose furniture, landscaping and other fit out works.

When complete, the refurbishment will offer a new secure outdoor area, bike store, public decking, secure access to the lobby from back of house and a newly upgraded of the lobby.

We are pleased to be working with the client EG Group, architects Plus Architecture Pty Ltd, superintendent Knight Frank Australia, ADG Engineers and Nutbrook Engineering Group on this commercial fit out project.
