Victoria University’s Skills Hub Complete and Now Open to Students

ADCO has put the finishing touches on Victoria University’s $35m Skills Hub on campus at Sunshine, Melbourne.

The eye-catching, three-storey facility was designed by Woods Bagot and holds a 5-star Green Star design rating.

The building features a striking façade which incorporates a programmable LED lighting system, subject to a design and construct solution by ADCO. Internally, the building incorporates high-quality timber finishes and polished concrete floors.

Now open for the new semester, the Skills Hub offers state-of-the-art spaces for students studying TAFE courses in health, community services and trades-related fields.

Modern support services and amenities, flexible spaces, specialised teaching equipment such as robots, virtual reality goggles, computerised mannequins, and simulation equipment and environments will help students learn through real-life scenarios, enhancing their learning experience.
